Terms for using PetTun.

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and PetTun concerning use of this website and purchases placed directly through it.

By accessing the website, submitting information, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Do not use the website or place a direct order if you do not agree.

Direct purchases are intended for adults who can lawfully enter into a binding agreement. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority where you live.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, payment, billing, and delivery information. PetTun is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied during checkout.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected product. An automated checkout confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted or shipped.

PetTun may review, limit, reject, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, product unavailability, delivery limitations, or a violation of these Terms.

If PetTun cancels a paid order before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are displayed during checkout.

Direct website payments are processed through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charge and represent that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.

PetTun may correct typographical, pricing, availability, or website errors. When a correction materially affects a paid order, PetTun may contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order.

Current processing times, estimated delivery periods, shipping availability, return requirements, damaged-item procedures, and refund timing are described in the PetTun Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside PetTun’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

A cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible. PetTun cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after issuance depends on the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment service.

PetTun works to present product descriptions, packaging, images, size, price, and availability accurately. Screen settings, packaging updates, production variation, and photography may create minor differences in appearance.

PetTun Eco Paw Balm is an everyday pet-care product. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed veterinarian.

Past purchases completed through a marketplace are transactions made on that marketplace’s platform and are subject to its applicable account, payment, delivery, return, refund, and privacy rules.

The PetTun website may link to independent websites or services. PetTun does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

The PetTun name, logo, product presentation, website design, written content, graphics, photographs, illustrations, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to PetTun and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, noncommercial shopping and informational purposes. No other license or right is granted without written authorization.

• Using the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Attempting to access restricted systems, accounts, data, or website infrastructure.
• Introducing malware, automated attacks, harmful code, or excessive traffic.
• Copying, scraping, reproducing, or commercially exploiting website content without authorization.
• Interfering with checkout, payment processing, customer communications, or another customer’s use of the website.
• Submitting false contact, payment, shipping, order, or identity information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. PetTun does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all website information will always be current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetTun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use or a direct purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetTun’s aggregate liability relating to a direct product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires a different result.

Before beginning a formal dispute, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue.

PetTun may update these Terms when website functionality, products, providers, policies, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, form the agreement governing direct website use and purchases.
